This is an easy spread to create and it goes well with crackers, or bagel chips or crostini, etc.  You can serve it asSmoked Salmon Pate' a spread or a dip for appetizers. 



   We made this for a lot of catered events.

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
   --------     ------------      --------------------------------
   1 1/2      pounds        cream cheese -- room temperature
   1            pound          smoked salmon
   2            tablespoons   lemon juice
   1            tablespoon    dill
   1            tablespoon    paprika
   2            tablespoons   capers, drained
   6            each              green onion -- chopped
  1/2          cup                mayonnaise -- more if needed

Process in food processor till smooth.   Pipe into pastry cups or on crackers, etc.
Or serve in a bowl for a spread with crostini or a dip with raw veggies.  Garnish with fresh parsley.
